Perfect location for Pisa explorers

Staying at Hotel Francesco was a good experience. The terrace view while enjoying breakfast was a real treat, and the staff were always eager to assist. The room was clean and spacious.

Fabulous food quality.

this place deserves more than 3 stars, it has functional rooms and serves absolutely excellent breakfast. it has easy going employees. overall outstanding food, plus there is coccio bar close by.

My thoughts, in two sentences

Conveniently positioned near key attractions, this place offers a nice view of the leaning tower during breakfast. While the rooms are compact, the staff's really good service makes up for the limited amenities.

Great hotel with a good sized room and lovely outlook. Also very quiet despite being 2 mins from piazza di miracoli. Also only a short walk into town and to the train station. Also bus stop is just out the front that with luggage made it very easy to get back to the train station. No breakfast included but there is lovely balcony out the back with a fantastic view of the leaning tower of Pisa so you can grab some breakfast from the local passticeria and sit away from the crowds with the best view in Pisa.

The Francesco hotel provides a perfect location, just a two-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, complemented by a superb breakfast that includes a variety of options. The staff is helpful, offering local recommendations and assistance. My room had a lovely view and was quiet. It met my needs for a business trip efficiently.

Some areas could benefit from updating.

Excellent location.Very good views of the tower from the terrace.The use of a free airport transfer late at night which was punctual even when our flight was delayed.

Tempremental shower regarding pressure and temp.

Perfect, soundproof room with terrace, the real window and basic coffee facilities.

The location is unbeatable, just moments from the iconic Leaning Tower. Loved that the staff were super accommodating. Breakfast choices were delicious!

For dads, it would be great if the parking was easier.
